PROLESKI indoor ski simulator’s principle of work is similar to the one of a running track but has much larger dimensions. A special conveyor belt with the covering to simulate ski or snowboard sliding on the snow moves up progressively on an inclined surface of the platform. Club uses real equipment (skis, ski boots, ski poles or a snowboard) for training. Clients can also bring personal gear. The ski carpet is abrasion resistant and withstands various loads.
The instructor stays in close proximity to a trainee at the simulator, which is especially convenient during classes with children. For comfortable and safe training skiers hold on to the starting plank at the base of the simulator, when the carpet starts to move. There are safety railings, protective motionless areas on both sides and a protective mat at the top to ensure the high level of safety.
The Instructor also controls simulator operations with a stationary control panel or remote control console: start, stop, acceleration and deceleration of the band speed and moistening of the covering material. Moistening of the carpet is done automatically after a signal from the remote control console and is used to reduce the friction force between the working surface of skis or snowboard and the nap surface.
Selection of the simulator depends on the concept of the club, target audience, the height of the ceiling, indoor space configuration, floor loading, target audience qualification (beginners, amateurs, professionals, athletes), the number of the target audience.

Dynamic models of the Vertical line, on the other hand, have dynamic regulation of the band tilt angle, using lift drives on the electric cylinders. Maximum and minimum tilt angles of the band may differ and are set out during engineering process of a ski simulator.

Covering the band with special pile enables smooth sliding and maintains up to 5000 hours in the mode of the continuous operation. We have developed special concentrate for moistening the carpet covering, using the automatic pulverizing system. Fixed control panel comes with the kit. It helps the instructor to operate the ski simulator.
