How to select the right model of simulators and how to make deception on the number of simulators?
Selection of the simulator depends on many parameters: concept of the club, target audience, height of the ceiling, indoor space configuration floor loading, target audience qualification (beginners, amateurs, professionals, athletes), number of the target audience.
Concept: sports / fitness or recreational activity, with catering facility or without it, including the possibility of additional content: shop, rental, service, travel agency.
For business premises location and configuration of the indoor space is important. Therefore, first stage - is the choice of the premises, second stage - from the height of the ceiling and the room configuration: select the range to the target audience.
We are able to produce any configuration of the simulator of your choice, based on your goals and features of the indoor space. Furthermore, we have extensive experience in the distribution of weight load of the simulator on the floor slab with a valid value from 200kg/ m2 or higher.
It is important to know that for a comfortable skiing required width of the ski carpet should be 4500 mm, length for a comfortable skiing ski carpet should be:
- for 1 one person required dimensions of the ski carpet should be: width 4650 mm, length 3000 mm,
- for the simultaneous skiing of 2 people length should be - 6000 mm,
- for the simultaneous skiing of 3 people - length should be 9000 mm.
For beginners and amateurs comfortable skiing speed is 25km/h, and platform tilt has an inclination of 13,5 degrees.
For professionals comfortable speed is - more than 25 km/h + variable lateral angles change from right to left, i.e., constant right-left drifting motion.
For athletes it is important to have speed above 50 km/h.
It is important to remember that skiing on the simulator is more demanding than on snow, the simulator does not forgive mistakes, but forms the ideal skiing technique, so the speed on the simulator is lower and safety is higher.
Simulators production range designed based on extensive experience in managing of our private ski club, clients recommendations, athletes, norms and standards for the premises, different ceiling heights and requirements for skiing. For commercial use, we recommend at least two simulators. Quantity of simulators should be selected based on the anticipated flow of clients.
